Welcome to Offrizz.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Offrizz website, online store, products, services and related features (collectively, the "Services").

The Offrizz website, online store and related services are operated under the Offrizz brand.

Throughout these Terms, the words "Offrizz", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of Offrizz online store. The words "you", "your", "customer" and "user" refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing from us.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, communicating with us or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order with Offrizz.

If you are under the age legally required to enter into such a contract, you should use our website or make a purchase only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you when placing an order is complete, accurate and current.

2. Our Products

Offrizz offers apparel and related products featuring original, licensed or otherwise authorised artwork and designs.

Many Offrizz products are produced using a print-on-demand model, which means an item may be printed, prepared or manufactured specifically after an order has been placed.

Product specifications such as fabric, fit, colour, print method, size and other relevant information will be provided on the applicable product page.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions, production batch and printing process.

Minor variations in placement, shade, texture or print appearance that naturally arise from textile manufacturing or printing processes may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide available on the product page or Size Guide page before placing an order.

Because many Offrizz products are produced on demand, selecting the correct size is particularly important.

Measurements stated in size guides are approximate, and small manufacturing tolerances may occur.

If the product received is the same size ordered and is not defective, a preference for another size does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

However, eligible customers may request an exchange for another available size, colour or variant of the same product within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

The selling price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges, discounts and any other applicable amounts will be displayed before completion of checkout wherever applicable.

Offrizz reserves the right to change product prices, discounts and promotional offers at any time. Such changes will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is successfully placed, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

payment failure;

incorrect pricing or product information caused by a technical error;

suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;

an invalid or incomplete delivery address;

product or fulfilment unavailability;

violation of these Terms; or

circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Offrizz cancels a successfully paid order before fulfilment and the customer is not at fault, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Payments

Payments on the Offrizz website may be processed using authorised third-party payment service providers and payment methods made available through our online checkout.

Depending on availability, customers may be able to pay using UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other supported payment methods.

Payment options displayed at checkout may change from time to time.

Offrizz does not normally receive or store customers' complete card credentials. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its security practices and applicable terms.

An order will be considered successfully paid only after the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction.

If an amount is debited but the order or payment is unsuccessful, reversal timelines may depend upon the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider involved.

7. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Certain Offrizz products are produced specifically after your order is confirmed.

We may use third-party production and fulfilment partners to manufacture, print, pack and/or ship products on our behalf.

Customer information necessary to complete an order, such as name, delivery address, contact number, product and order details, may therefore be shared with fulfilment and logistics providers for the limited purpose of processing and delivering the order.

Our use of such service providers does not affect your ability to contact Offrizz regarding your order. Offrizz remains your customer-facing point of contact.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and estimated delivery information is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Any delivery date shown on the website or communicated to a customer is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery can be affected by production time, courier availability, location, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before submitting your order.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification may only be possible before the order has entered processing or production.

Once production has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Please contact us as quickly as possible at team.offrizz@gmail.com if you need to request a change.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

10. Exchanges, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Eligibility for exchanges, returns, replacements and refunds is governed by our Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Eligible customers may request a size, colour or variant exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions, stock availability and applicable exchange-shipping charges described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Where a product is defective, materially different from what was ordered or advertised, incorrectly supplied or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, we will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Offrizz may offer promotional codes, discounts, offers or limited-time campaigns.

Unless stated otherwise:

promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

offers may have an expiry date;

discount codes may be limited to one use per customer or order;

certain products may be excluded; and

multiple offers may not be combinable.

We may withdraw or modify a promotion where there has been a technical error, misuse, fraud or other legitimate reason.

12. Intellectual Property

The Offrizz name, brand identity, logos, website design, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, illustrations, text and other content displayed on the website are owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by Offrizz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing an Offrizz product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership of the design printed or displayed on that product.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, manufacture from, sell copies of, scrape or otherwise misuse Offrizz content without prior written permission from the appropriate rights holder.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Offrizz website:

for fraudulent or unlawful activity;

to attempt unauthorised access to the website, accounts, servers or payment systems;

to transmit harmful code or malware;

to interfere with the security or operation of the website;

to impersonate another person;

to submit intentionally false payment, contact or delivery information; or

in a manner that infringes another person's rights.

We may restrict access, cancel orders or take other appropriate action where misuse is reasonably suspected.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on or contain links to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers, fulfilment providers, social platforms and analytics services.

These organisations may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Offrizz is not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not own or control.

15. Website Availability and Accuracy

We endeavour to keep information on the Offrizz website complete and accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay or technical error.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

If an obvious error affects a customer's order, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue fairly.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Offrizz will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting solely from use of or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and remedies.

17. Force Majeure

Offrizz will not be considered responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, strikes, courier-network disruption, transport interruption, telecommunications failure or widespread technical outages.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise the effect of such circumstances on affected orders.

18. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Services, technology, payment methods or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page along with the updated "Last Updated" date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing order where applicable law prevents this.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory legal rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
